JAKE ZYRUS – Rumors have been circulating about the current state of the singer-songwriter who initially gained fame both locally and internationally as Charice Pempengco. Lately, there hasn’t been much news about Jake, particularly concerning his singing career and personal life, which has left many fans missing his live performances.
According to veteran showbiz columnist and host Cristy Fermin, she received reports about Jake’s situation while he was in the United States. During a recent episode of “Showbiz Now Na,” Cristy mentioned that Jake has been frequently seen in bars, allegedly drinking heavily to the point of losing control.
Cristy revealed, “Lagi siyang nakikita ngayon sa mga bar. At kapag lulong na lulong at lasing na lasing, hindi alam ang kanyang ginagawa.” She also shared an alarming story where it was believed Jake’s condition had deteriorated to the extent that those around him thought he had passed away, resulting in a premature reaction.
