Dimples Romana shared her approach on her property investments.

Actress Dimples Romana had recently shared some insights about her approach on every new property investments.

This, as she posted on her Instagram account wherein she shared some insights on how Dimples approached every new investments.

In her Instagram post, Dimples said that she still remembered when they decided to finally take the leap of faith and buy the farm lot in Alfonso many years back.

According to her, she was scared because they didn’t have much at that time as they had just finished paying for their first home. She added that what they had was a little sum of money that she had to use in order to buy a new car.

However, Dimples admitted that she wasn’t one to invest in cars. With that, Dimples said that they decided to use the money as a down payment for the farm lot.

Blessed na umaga sa inyo! The Lord says do not be afraid. But I was afraid. Naalala ko pa when we decided to finally take the leap of faith and buy this farm lot in Alfonso many years back, we were taping for Only You, with Gel, Sam , Tito Tirso. Yun ang project na nakapagbayad nito. Salamat sa aking Star Creatives family nun. Takot na takot ako because we really didn’t have much then. We had just finished paying for our first home. What we had was a little sum of money na Dapat gagamitin para makabili na ako ng bagong sasakyan. But I’m not really one to invest in cars. Okay na sa akin, yung maayos at umaandar. So we decided to use the money as a downpayment for this farm lot. Ilang taon din naming binuno. And every time I get the chance to visit our home here, I thank the Lord for the many times he guided us and quietly whispered to my ear “Anak, do not be afraid. You may not see me. But I AM WITH YOU.” We’re about to begin little by little to plant and farm here. Para May harvest na din parang sa Calaca na naharvest nung Isang araw. It’s much cooler here and the soil I feel will yield more fruits and veggies. Ano bang magandang simulan itanim? 🌿🤗

In her separate post, Dimples said that they had visited one of their homes in order to bring up some stuff that they had bought.

According to her, it was a “custom” for them to pray over the rooms of their homes in order to let go of negativity and invite only positivity, peace, and joy into their homes.

Dimples then gave a tip to her supporters saying that all have roadblocks in our lives; but when they had a clear picture of what they would like for their future to be, it was easier to take the necessary steps towards their goal.
