KYLIE PADILLA – The estranged wife of actor Aljur Abrenica took to social media, where she shared a cryptic post following his recent candidacy filing.

On Monday, the actor submitted his Certificate of Candidacy for councilor under the party of former Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Oscar Albayalde, who is running for mayor in Angeles City, Pampanga.

His candidacy received mixed reactions from netizens, with some questioning his capability to serve as an elected official. Others even brought up his past issues, particularly those involving his estranged wife. Shortly after, Kylie posted a cryptic message on her Facebook page following Aljur’s filing of his Certificate of Candidacy (COC).

Kylie expressed her thoughts on what makes a great leader, emphasizing the importance of strong family values and personal integrity. She believes that a man’s leadership begins at home, with his ability to guide and support his family.

According to her, a true leader is someone who instills good values, integrity, and humility in his children, stays loyal and committed to his wife, and remains steadfast in his principles despite challenges. She also highlighted the importance of having a close relationship with God and a heart focused on serving others selflessly, rather than seeking personal gain.

“A good indicator of a great leader is a man who can lead his family. That is his first unit, his first community. A man who raises his kids with good values, integrity and humility. A man loyal to his wife and remains true despite obstacles. A man who has a heart close to God. Service is about what you can do for others, not what they can do for you,” she wrote.
