  • children who are twenty-one (21) years old or above but suffering from congenital disability
  • Foster child as defined in Republic Act 10165 otherwise known as the Foster Care Act of 2012
  • parents of PhilHealth member who are at least aged 60 and not members of PhilHealth and whose monthly income is lower than an amount to be determined by PhilHealth in accordance with the guiding principles set forth in the NHI Act of 2013
  • parents with permanent disability regardless of age as determined by PhilHealth

The PhilHealth beneficiaries are entitled to up to 45 days of coverage in a year. The said separate coverage is shared by all the dependents of a PhilHealth member.
