ANGELICA PANGANIBAN – The actress shared in her latest vlog that she is dealing with avascular necrosis or in layman’s terms, death of bone tissue due to a lack of blood supply. She first experienced the condition during her pregnancy with her firstborn, Baby Amila Sabine or “Bean,” with her partner Gregg Homan.

In the caption of her vlog, Angelica or Angge expressed that although they haven’t shared this information with everyone, she felt compelled to let her audience know. She believes that sharing their life journey might offer strength and inspiration to anyone facing challenges, encouraging them to persevere and never give up.

“Lately, I’ve been suffering hip’s pain, it has been very difficult for my family and I. I have no idea that this isnt a simply back or waist act. Upon going for a check to a doctor, my family and I figure out that I had Avascular Necrosis.” she said.

She thought the pain in her hip was due to the pregnancy with Baby Bean. But after giving birth and still experiencing the pain, she had herself checked, and that’s when she learned about her illness. She immediately underwent medical procedures for it.

She mentioned that the procedure has been completed, involving the entry and drilling of a hole into her affected bone. According to her explanation, they filled it with plasma to facilitate regrowth, allowing it to come back to life and restore blood flow. Assuring her fans, she stated that there is no need to worry as she is on the road to recovery.
