Singer-actor Kean Cipriano took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter wherein he lamented how the government handles the Coronavirus crisis.
The Callalily lead vocalist was among those who expressed frustration over the condition of LSIs or locally stranded individuals (LSI) at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila.
“Nag lockdown at Quarantine ng ilang buwan. Hinuli mga tao na ‘hindi daw’ sumusunod sa quarantine protocols. (Pero hindi hinuli yung mga nasa posisyon na lumabag kasi daw VIP),” he said
“Tapos di daw alarming yung dumadami na cases. Tapos eto… haaay! Gaguhan 2020!” he stressed.
Kean Cipriano also questioned the plan of the current administration upon addressing the crisis.
Kean Cipriano is one of the artists who is set to perform today at an online concert called, “Tinig ng Bayan: SONAgkaisa online concert” which coincides with the 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte.
The upcoming SONA of President Duterte which is slated to kick off today at 4 PM will be attended by selected politicians.
Before coming to the venue (Batasang Pambansa), they are required to undergo rt-PCR and rapid testing as part of the safety protocol.
Earlier, Deputy Speaker Johnny Pimentel was found out to be positive of the dreaded Coronavirus Disease 2019.
