Ian Veneracion as “substitute teacher”
IAN VENERACION – The actor shared a video of his attempt to become a substitute professor at an aeronautical school.
Ian Veneracion is a multi-talented artist. He is known for his diverse career as a painter, sportsperson, actor, pilot, and singer. He has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry since his debut in 1982 and continues to be active to this day.
Ian Veneracion’s journey began with appearances on RPN 9’s show, Joey and Son in 1982. He rose to prominence when he joined GMA Network’s That’s Entertainment, hosted by German Moreno, in 1986.
Ian Veneracion’s career took off when he played Eduardo Buenavista in the remake of the drama series Pangako Sa’ Yo in 2015, alongside Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. In 2017, he appeared in the drama A Love to Last, alongside Bea Alonzo and Iza Calzado. Ian’s recent endeavors include being part of the cast of The Iron Heart in 2023, where he portrays the main antagonist of the series.
Beyond his acting career, Ian Veneracion has diverse interests and talents. He is an equipment engineer with a passion for outdoor activities. Ian is a licensed private pilot, skydiver, paragliding pilot, and scuba diver. He indulges in various outdoor pursuits like trail riding, climbing, sailing, and recreational fishing. Notably, he was a rider for the Shell-Yamaha motocross racing team from 2004 to 2006.
Recently, he took to social media wherein shared a video of his attempt to become a substitute professor at an aeronautical school. He mentioned that while waiting for his flight, he happened to pass by the said school.
In the video, he introduced himself as Capt. V. However, while facing the class, his nose and mouth were covered, and only his eyes were visible. He asked questions to the class, and later removed the cover from his face to take a picture with a student who answered his questions.
