Former child star Serena Dalrymple is living this kind of life after she decided to leave the entertainment industry.
Serena became popular during the late 90s until the early 2000s. Her showbiz career started through a commercial for a fast-food chain. She was known for her line in the TV, “isa pa, isa pang chicken joy”.
That commercial opened opportunities for her in the movie industry. She was featured in several movies such as Haba-baba-doo, puti-puti-poo! (1998), Tong tatlong tatay kong pakitong-kitong (1998), Type kita, walang kokontra, Tik Tak Toys My Kolokotoys, and Wansapanataym (1999).
She also did several teleseryes such as Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan in 2001-2003 featuring Claudine Barretto. However, in 2004, Serena Dalrymple announced her retirement. In 2008, she returned for the movie Ang Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat and Ang Tanging Ina Mo (Last na ‘To!) in 2010.
Based on the report from PUSH, the former child star focused mainly on her studies when she left showbiz. She earned a Master’s Degree International Business from Hult International Business School in London.
Reportedly, she pursued a career in Paramount Pictures after she graduated. In 2018, it was reported that she is working at Multinational Conglomerate Viacom International’s Center for Excellence.
In the Instagram bio of Serena Dalrymple, it was stated that she is now based in New York City. It can also be seen in some of the photos that she shared the special man in her life.
