Amid her “missing in action”, there were rumors that she and her husband Neil Arce had split up. However, Ogie Diaz defended the showbiz couple, saying he has yet to receive proof that their relationship is over.

Angel and her husband Neil Arce got engaged in June 2019. They were supposed to marry on November 8, 2020, but had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They married last August.
