Kapuso star Ai-Ai delas Alas received bashing for her post against The King: Eternal Monarch, the recent K-drama of Lee Min Ho with Kim Go Eun.
The said series is currently included in the top trending of streaming service Netflix. Pinoy fans of Korean dramas got excited when teasers about this released.
Aside from the fact that it starred the famous stars from South Korea, Pinoys also got extra pride when it was revealed that a Filipino stylist works with the stars of the show for their outfits. His name is Jack Cruz and he shares how happy he is to be the main stylist of TKEM.
However, Ai-Ai delas Alas, a self-confessed Lee Min Ho fan has this statement against the K-drama in her recent Instagram post. The Comedy Concert Queen said that she does not get if what genre the story is trying to relay.
“Hindi mo maintindihan ang flow ng korean novela na to .. science fiction, ? Action? Love story? Ano ba talaga panalo lang to para sa kanila sa dami ng intrusion .. fastfood chain, coffee, energy drink, lipstick , makeup lahat na ata ng klase pero sana mas inisip nila yung ganda ng story bago yung kita,” she said.
She also questioned what happened to TKEM as the writer Kim Eun-sook has done several K-dramas in the past that got positive reviews from her. “Hindi ako makakapit sa story .. na compare ko sya tuloy sa ITAEWON CLASS simple pero aabangan mo eto 5 chances na nabigay ko para ayoko na talaga,” Ai-Ai added.
She said that she is wondering why TKEM is currently the Top 2 in the trending list. For the Kapuso star this K-drama is “waley talaga”.

You don’t know Koreans very well, and I’ve been dealing with these people for more than 10 years. Hello!!! mas mababait pa tayong mga Pilipino. Madaling magtiwala pero sila, in spite of your loyalty, still they don’t trust Filipinos. They are patriotic people, they don’t even patronize our products even they are in the Philippines. For your information mga mapang lait kay Ms. Ai Ai, the reason why they study in our country because they want to know the best learnings here and cheaper expenses. But if you go to their country, they don’t even trust Filipino teachers in their country. Wag kayong hangal, factory workers lang tayo sa kanila. Kaya di tayo umaasenso because of your stupid discrimination. You know Ms. Ai Ai rather than this Kore artists. Grabe kayo!!!
