Kapamilya singer-actor Sam Milby recently confirmed his relationship with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and wedding speculations surfaced.
Rumors about Sam and Cat started to circulate early this year when they were spotted together. However, Samâs manager clarified that it was just a coincidence.
In the Instagram post of the singer-actor for his birthday, he revealed that his long wait was over. âWorth every second of the wait. Most special birthday yet (heart emoji),â the actor wrote.
He shared his photo with Catriona. This brought a surprise to many while some already expected that the confirmation will happen sooner or later.
This confirmation from Sam received various reactions from celebrities. Many of them congratulated the couple while some said that they are happy that it is finally out.
On the other hand, based on the article from columnist Rey Pumaloy on Abante Entertainment, after the confirmation from the Kapamilya star, wedding speculations surfaced.
It was said that many netizens were confused over the âcongratulationsâ comments from celebrities as if the got engaged already. There were also those who commented âweâre happy for both of you Sam & Cat.â
According to Pumaloy, even the caption of the singer-actor in his post is also very meaningful.
Sam Milby was last linked to model Mari Jasmine. After they announced their breakup, the latter was in a relationship with female director Samantha Lee.
Meanwhile, Catriona Gray was previously in a relationship with model-actor Clint Bondad. However, it appeared that even during the Miss Universe 2018 pageant in Thailand, their relationship was also on the rocks. Early this year, they confirmed that they already called it quits.
