Male Customer Upset After Late Chicken Order Arrives Undercooked at Fast-Food Restaurant
A male customer was disappointed at a fast-food restaurant because his chicken order took too long to arrive and was still raw inside.
Recently, Jeremiah Fernandez, a Facebook user, shared photos of the chicken he ordered from Chickok’s Inasal in General Trias, showing that it was undercooked even after he waited 45 minutes. His post quickly went viral and gained reactions online.
According to Fernandez, he waited around 45 minutes for his order to be served. He said he often dined at the restaurant and did not expect such a negative experience. He became upset when other customers who arrived after him were served first, even though the restaurant was not crowded at the time.
Fernandez mentioned that he tried to follow up on his order, but felt that the staff did not handle his concerns properly.
When his meal finally arrived, he was disappointed to find that the chicken was cold and had visible traces of blood inside, suggesting it was not fully cooked. Fernandez shared that only a small portion of the chicken breast could be eaten, while the rest was left untouched due to safety concerns.
Having worked in the food industry before, he felt the situation could have been avoided with better service and proper food preparation.
Many agreed that food establishments should ensure meals are freshly cooked and safe to eat, especially for dishes like chicken that require thorough cooking. Others pointed out that staff must handle customer complaints politely and efficiently to avoid misunderstandings.

“45mins waiting time! Regular naman ako nakain dito, pero kupal na kupal ako dun sa server nyo!!
Rarasunan kapa ng mas madali maluto yung hita bbq sisig. Order ko pecho pak lang 2x. Tapos nauna maservan yung kakarating lang sakin. Di naman puno yung resto nyo, puro pechopak lumalabas tapos nauna pa maservan yung kararating lang.
Malamang mag ffollow up ako, ang kupal ng waiter nyo magpapa follow up lang gusto ilapit ko pa sa cashier dun din naman punta mo. Di ko sana ipost tong madugong manok pero 45mins yung waiting ko dyan tapos malamig pa tapos ang kupal pa ng waiter nyo.
