However, MJ quickly clarified the situation in the comments. She explained that she did acknowledge Rey’s greeting—she turned around, smiled, and even said hello. She added that he might not have heard her because they were far apart. To lighten the situation, she mentioned that she was exhausted from jet lag and jokingly promised to greet him with more enthusiasm next time. “Next time, gusto mo ba ng beso-beso at mahabang kwentuhan? Pasensya ka na, jetlag ako, ubos na energy ko. Next time, tatambling na talaga ako papunta sa’yo,” she said.
