Vice Ganda Expresses Admiration for Max Collins
VICE GANDA – The Unkabogable star playfully expressed admiration for Kapuso actress Max Collins during a recent episode of It’s Showtime.
Max was part of the Sexy Authoriteam for the Sexy Babes segment, where Vice couldn’t help but joke about her stunning beauty. “Grabe si Max Collins nagpapatotoo. ‘Yan ‘yong gandang hindi na masarap tingnan. ‘Yan ‘yong gandang hindi nakaka-inspire,” Vice teased. “Nakakabagsak ng confidence ‘yong ganyang ganda. ‘Yong pinamukha mo sa amin kung gaano kami kachaka.”
Bela Padilla then chimed in, saying, “Si Max kamukha niya si Natalie Portman, o.” Vice humorously responded, “Last guesting na ni Max Collins ‘to, ha. Kanina I feel good about myself paggising ko. Noong nakita kita, ‘My God! Ang pangit ko pa rin talaga.’”
Max laughed and downplayed the comments, saying, “Hindi totoo ‘yan. Papansin lang po ako. Papansin lang.” Vice was even more amazed when Max shared how she endured struggles as a mother yet remained breathtakingly beautiful.
“Grabe ka, Max Collins, napakaganda mong bata,” Vice added. “Balang-araw ‘pag tayo ay pumanaw na lahat tayo pantay-pantay. Mabubulok ka rin.” The lighthearted exchange drew laughter from the audience, showcasing Vice Ganda’s signature wit and humor.
Meanwhile, Max Collins, whose real name is Isabelle Abiera Collins, is an actress and model. She started her career as part of Star Magic Batch 15 under ABS-CBN, where she appeared in minor TV roles and worked as a host for Wowowee. After a brief hiatus in the U.S., she returned to the Philippines in 2011, signed with GMA Network, and changed her stage name to Max Collins.
Since then, she has starred in several TV series, including The Good Daughter, Pahiram ng Sandali, Encantadia, and To Have & To Hold. She has also appeared in films like Bamboo Flowers, Citizen Jake, and Firefly. Aside from acting, she has worked as a model and was featured on the cover of FHM Philippines, ranking in the magazine’s 100 Sexiest Women list in 2015.
Max was married to actor Pancho Magno in 2017, and they have a son named Skye Anakin. The couple separated in 2023 and finalized their divorce in 2024. She is also the cousin of actresses Megan and Lauren Young.
