Leni Robredo and Kiko Pangilinan Team Up for a TikTok Dance Craze
LENI-KIKO TANDEM – Former Vice President Leni Robredo and former Senator Kiko Pangilinan collaborated on a TikTok video, where they danced to the popular trend “Doodle.”
The video, shared by Pangilinan on Facebook, showcased their playful side as they participated in the viral dance craze. Pangilinan captioned the post with, “TikTok collab with Ma’am Leni Robredo. Keep going! Happy Sunday everyone.”
After their dance, Pangilinan addressed their supporters, encouraging them to revive their group chats and teasing a reunion next year. This message was a lighthearted nod to their political journey and the continued support from their followers.
Robredo and Pangilinan were running mates in the 2022 national elections, running for president and vice president, respectively. Their supporters, affectionately called “Kakampinks,” have remained active even after the elections.
Recently, Robredo announced her candidacy for mayor of Naga City in the upcoming 2025 midterm elections, shifting her focus from a potential senatorial run. Meanwhile, Pangilinan confirmed that he will be running for senator again in the 2025 elections. He will be joined by former Senator Bam Aquino and human rights lawyer Atty. Chel Diokno in the senatorial race.
Leni Robredo is a politician, lawyer, and social advocate who served as the 14th Vice President of the Philippines from 2016 to 2022. She is known for her work in public service, particularly in areas such as education, healthcare, and women’s rights. Before becoming Vice President, Robredo was a representative for the 3rd district of Camarines Sur in the Philippine Congress. She ran for the presidency in the 2022 national elections but lost to Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
On the other hand, Kiko Pangilinan is a lawyer and politician who served as a senator in the Philippines from 2001 to 2013 and again from 2016 to 2022. He has been involved in various legislative efforts, particularly those focused on agriculture, education, and social justice. Pangilinan also held the position of Senate Majority Leader and has been active in advocating for the welfare of farmers and marginalized communities.
