Guide on GSIS Calamity Loan Offer for Members
GSIS CALAMITY LOAN – The Government Service Insurance System has a long list of qualified members for its Emergency Loan offer.
In the Philippines, one of the giants in terms of social insurance is the Government Service Insurance System. More popularly called GSIS, it has millions of members across the nation. Its member populace is composed of current and former employees of the government.
To maintain an active membership to the Government Service Insurance System, a member must regularly post a monthly contribution. Most of the time, it is automatically deducted from the salary of the member. The employer pays for a share in the monthly contribution.
On the other side of regularly posting monthly contributions, a GSIS member may qualify to the benefits and loan offers of the state entity. These provide financial solutions in different situations. One of the GSIS loans is the GSIS Emergency Loan, the calamity loan offer of the social insurance entity.
