Vice President Sara Duterte believes that Quiboloy is no longer in Davao City. She stressed that there was enough time for the Pastor to leave the compound. She even jested saying she guess the Pastor is in heaven now.

Attorney Israelito Torreon, the lawyer of the Pastor and spokesperson of KOJC, also believes that Quiboloy is no longer inside the KOJC compound. He also claimed that the PNP activities at the basement of the Jose Maria College building might affect the stability of the building as it is going way too deep.

Amid the PNP belief that Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is still inside the KOJC compound, PRO-11 Director Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III challenged Atty. Torreon to prove his claim that the PNP is digging at the basement of the JMC building.

Recently, Sass Rogando Sasot, a vocal Duterte supporter, took to social media a video of the alleged PNP excavation at the basement of Jose Maria College. She also addressed her post for General Torre.

According to the Duterte supporter, the PNP General must first seek a court order so she would reveal the source of the video of the alleged PNP excavation at the JMC building’s basement. In a previous post, Sass stressed that the best proof of whether or not the authorities is digging is for the PNP to allow the media and the owner of the property to access the area.
