Derek Ramsay & Ellen Adarna Find Joy in Their Life Together Despite Not Having a Baby Yet
DEREK RAMSAY – Celebrity couple Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna said they find happiness despite not having a baby yet.
Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay are content despite not yet having a child of their own. Together with Elias, Ellen’s kid, the famous couple is happy with what they have. Derek felt that a kid with his wife would be the “icing on the cake.”
Derek made it clear that Ellen is not pregnant during an interview on the entertainment YouTube channel Morly Alinio (Ito sa Tondo), refuting rumors circulated by fans and netizens that she was because of certain cryptic comments the couple had exchanged.
For now, Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay are just very happy with their life. The actor said, “’Yung families naming mag-asawa, magkasundo, naghahanap nga ako ng problema kasi sobrang my life is really, really good, I’m at peace, there’s no more stress.”
“Basta ‘pag binless na kami ng baby girl or baby boy, ready na’ko, ‘yun lang ang kulang sa buhay ko,” he added.
Derek, nevertheless, made it clear that he is content even without their own child because he had a stepson, Elias, and a wonderful wife Ellen.
“Hindi ako selfish e, maganda ‘yung buhay ko pero kung i-bless ako niyan, talagang ‘yun na lang ‘yung wish ko. Parang kumbaga, icing on the cake na sa’kin ‘yun. Talagang maging sobrang masaya ako, alam kong maging sobrang masaya ang nanay ko,” Derek said.
For a long time, Derek Ramsay’s mother had hoped for them to become parents. He revealed that his mother goes to Manaoag specifically to offer prayers for it.
“We’re very private people. Siguro ilang taon ng buhay namin binigay namin to the public and everything. So for me and Ellen, tahimik lang kami, we’re just living our lives, enjoying what we worked so hard for, enjoying our company, enjoying our love for each other and enjoying the blessings given to us now,” he said.
In December 2023, Derek shared that Ellen had suffered a miscarriage after they discovered she was pregnant. As a result, the actor chose to step back from showbiz once more to focus on starting their family.
