Sara Duterte Apologizes To KOJC Members for Asking Support for Bongbong Marcos during 2022 Elections
BONGBONG MARCOS – The Philippine President reacted to the apology of Vice President Sara Duterte to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) members.
The drilling operations of the Philippine National Police authorities at the KOJC compound continues. The PNP believes that Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is still inside the KOJC compound. The authorities also stand by the belief that it was a human heartbeat that was detected by their radar underground.
The KOJC members wanted access to the operations of the PNP authorities at the Jose Maria College building. Previously, KOJC spokesperson Attorney Israelito Torreon claimed that the deep digging at the JMC building may affect the stabillity of the structure.
The PNP challenged the lawyer to prove his claims. A Duterte supporter then released an alleged footage of the PNP excavation at the KOJC compound. Sass Rogando Sasot also dared the police authorities to allow the media and the members of the KOJC compound for an access to the location.
Previously, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte apologized to the KOJC members for seeking support for Pres. Bongbong Marcos during the 2022 Elections. The Vice President also told the members of KOJC that she was on a mistaken belief of unity and continuity.
The PNP intensified operations took place at the KOJC compound under the Marcos administration. Previously, the camp of Quiboloy said that the Pastor has set a condition with Pres. Marcos for his surrender.
Recently, Pres. Bongbong Marcos was asked about Vice Pres. Sara Duterte apologizing to the KOJC members for asking support for her. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the President admitted that he does not understand the action of the Vice President.
“That’s her prerogative. I still don’t understand why. That is her wish, wala tayong magagawa,” Pres. Marcos said.
According to Pres. Marcos, he and Vice Pres. Duterte have not talked since she resigned from his Cabinet as Secretary of the Department of Education and vice chair of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC). The Chief Executive previously expressed understanding on the decision of the Vice President.
Amid speculations and rumors, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte spoke on her relationship with Pres. Bongbong Marcos now. The Vice President also said that they have not talked or seen each other.
