₱32M Three-Bedroom Condo of Carlos Yulo in McKinley Hill
CARLOS YULO – The two-time Olympic gold medalist celebrated a significant milestone with the turnover of a luxurious three-bedroom condominium worth ₱32 million. This newly awarded 100-square-meter condo, located in the prestigious McKinley Hill area, is a testament to Yulo’s remarkable achievements in gymnastics.
The condo is fully furnished with high-end amenities, making it a comfortable and stylish living space. It includes essential home appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and a four-burner cooktop with an oven. Additionally, it features a washing machine and dryer, four smart televisions, and even a game console—perfect for relaxation and entertainment with friends and family.
The unit is thoughtfully designed with two balconies that offer stunning views of the township and the surrounding area. A standout feature in the living room is a custom-made coffee table designed to resemble Yulo’s Olympic gold medal, adding a personal touch to the elegant décor. The condo also includes a maid’s room with its own bathroom and a designated parking slot.
The turnover event, held at Venice Grand Canal Mall in Taguig City, was a grand celebration where Yulo was warmly welcomed by supporters despite the sweltering heat. The event underscored the recognition Yulo has garnered for his exceptional performance at the Paris Olympics.
Beyond the condo, Yulo’s achievements have been met with substantial rewards. According to Republic Act 10699, he is entitled to ₱10 million per gold medal, amounting to ₱20 million from PAGCOR. The House of Representatives has also contributed an additional ₱6 million for his two gold medals. Furthermore, Yulo will receive a house and lot package from Century Properties Group, valued at ₱6 million, and a range of other benefits including free flights from Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific, a business package from Ever Bilena, and lifetime perks such as free buffets from food chains and streaming access from Vivamax.
