Actress Karla Estrada Is Expectant Grandmother
KARLA ESTRADA – The actress announced on social media that she is going to be a grandmother and she prefers to be called “Mamita”.
Karla is one of the most popular actresses in the Philippine showbiz industry. Aside from being an actress, singer, and television host, she is also known as the mother of Kapamilya star Daniel Padilla. She has four (4) children.
Karla has four children — her eldest son Daniel with Rommel Padilla, her second son Jose Carlito “JC” Padilla with Naldy Padilla, her daughter Margaret Ford Planas with former Quezon City councilor Mike Planas, and her youngest daughter, Carmela Ford Tenorio. Previously, Karla was selling their dream home.
Recently, the second son of Karla Estrada, JC Padilla, officially tied the knot with his non-showbiz partner, Nathalia Valdivia. It was an intimate civil wedding ceremony for JC and Nathalia which gathered their closest family members.
On the side of the groom, aside from Karla, JC’s elder brother Daniel Padilla was also present at his wedding. It was last June 29, 2024 when the couple announced their engagement.
At the intimate civil wedding ceremony, Nathalia Valdivia wore a chiffon tube gown while Jose Carlito was wearing a traditional Barong Tagalog. The civil wedding ceremony was officiated by Quezon City Mayor Francis Zamore.
The wedding was followed by a celebration held at the Gallery MiraNila by Blue Leaf in Quezon City. At the wedding reception, Daniel even gave a speech as the Best Man of his brother. Karla Estrada took to social media photos taken at the event.
