RR Enriquez Shares Beginning of her Relationship W/ Basketball Player Jayjay Helterbrand
RR ENRIQUEZ – Former dancer RR Enriquez revealed how her relationship with Jayjay Helterbrand started.
Many were taken aback by RR Enriquez’s disclosure about how her relationship with her now-husband, Jayjay Helterbrand, began. In an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” RR revealed that she was initially the third party in her relationship with the basketball player.
RR confessed, “Kasi si Jayjay, talaga aminado naman siya playboy po talaga siya. Before niya ako naging girlfriend mayroon po siyang girlfriend po talaga. So we were a thing.”
Even after they officially became a couple, Jayjay Helterbrand continued to cheat on RR. Since their relationship started with her as the third party, the former dancer believed it was her karma for breaking up Jayjay’s previous relationship.
However, RR did not shy away from confrontations and admitted to messaging the women who tried to come between her and Jayjay.
“Marami akong na-message na mga babae. Talagang inaaway ko parang nag-e-enjoy ako,” she said.
When her husband grew closer to God, the basketball player seemed to undergo a significant change. “Our first two years together, Tito Boy, our relationship was quite rocky. Then Jayjay became a Christian. That’s why we lasted 15 years, because he really changed. He didn’t cheat anymore,” RR shared.
RR jokingly added, “Ako naman ‘yung parang naghahanap ng kaaway.”
RR Enriquez also changed when she became a Christian, making sure to ask for forgiveness from Jayjay’s ex-girlfriend. Now, she and the woman are okay, and they even became friends along with LJ Moreno.
“Yes, I apologize kasi syempre bata, ‘di ba parang bata hindi ka nag-iisip. Naagawan kasi ako ng jowa dati Tito Boy. Kaya sabi ko, ‘Ah ganoon, ah? Agawan pala ng jowa ang mangyayari ah.’ So ganoon po ginagawa ko dati. Hindi ako proud pero ganoon po ‘yung ano thinking ko” paliwanag ni RR.,” she said.
