It is important to check the ingredients ahead of time. This is one of the most important parts of the Cathedral Window recipe. To make some cold dessert for up to 10 people, here are the ingredients that you need to prepare:

  • 3 cup red, green, and yellow gelatin cooked based on the packaging directions
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2.5 cups whipping cream
  • 8 packets unflavored and colorless gelatin
  • 2 can 14 oz. condensed milk

Once you already have all the ingredients, it is time to proceed to the next important part of the Cathedral Window recipe — the cooking process. It may take around four (4) hours and 20 minutes including the cooling phase which may take 3-4 hours. Here are the steps on how to make this delicious dessert:

Heat the pineapple juice for 35 seconds in a microwave. Afterwards, in a mixing bowl, pour in the juice and add the colorless gelatin. Stir until the gelatin complete dilutes in the pineapple juice.

Pour in the whipping cream and the condensed milk in the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture until they have completely mixed. Afterwards, add the colored gelatin cubes and stir.

Pour in the mixture in a large jelly mold. Make sure that the mold can hold all the mixture that you have prepared. Refrigerate the mold for at least four (4) hours to harden the jelly.

Transfer your colorful and delicious Cathedral Window dessert in a serving plate. Enjoy your cold treat!
