A man allegedly passed away due to overwork
OVERWORK? – A man in Makati allegedly passed away due to working too much without taking a day off.
Recently, a certain Chrislyn C. Lumerosa took to the social networking site, Facebook, where she mourned the passing of her brother Leonil Cabalida Lumerosa. Apparently, she did not disclose the cause of her brother’s death.
According to her, her brother was healthy and free from vices. She noted that Leonil always ate healthy foods and even avoided soft drinks and coffee. She believes that his overworking affected his health. She revealed that her brother did his job well just to meet quotas.
She shared that her brother always worked straight shifts and always did overtime. He even skipped his day off for two weeks but when he decided to take a break from work, he rested “forever.”
Chrislyn is proud of her brother because he was able to finish college through his dedication (studying and working at the same time).
