The first part of our recipe are the ingredients that you must prepare to cook Karne Frita. Here are the ingredients that you must prepare in cooking the dish for up to four (4) people:

  • 1/2 kilo sirloin beef cut into strips
  • 1/4 Cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 to 10 pieces calamansi
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 large white onions, cut in rings
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

The cooking time may take around 45 minutes excluding the marinating time. It is best to check on the steps to decide on the duration you want in marinating the sirloin beef strips. Here is the other part of the Karne Frita recipe which are the steps in the cooking process:

Boil water in a cooking pot and add the sirloin beef strips. Cook and wait until the meat is tender and then transfer the beef to a bowl.
