Dani Barretto Stands in Solidarity W/ Pura Luka Vega Amidst Recent Arrest
DANI BARRETTO – Celebrity mom Dani Barretto extended her support after Drag artist Pura Luka Vega faced another arrest.
Dani Barretto, the eldest among her siblings—Julia, Claudia, Leon, and Erich—is Marjorie Barretto’s daughter from her previous relationship with Kier Legaspi. Dani entered marital bliss with Xavi Panlilio on April 23, 2019, and the couple shares a charming daughter named Camilla Marguerite B. Panlilio, affectionately known as Millie.
Demonstrating significant popularity on social media, Dani’s podcast is steadily gaining momentum.
Marjorie recently shared snippets of her recent Shangri-La Boracay retreat on Instagram, where she was accompanied by her daughters, Julia and Dani Barretto. In a series of vacation snapshots, the trio radiated joy under the sun, thoroughly enjoying the pristine environment of the beach resort.
The images captured them indulging in various amenities such as the beach, swimming pool, tub, and other scenic spots.
Adding to her recent activities, Dani used Instagram Stories to express her support for Pura Luka Vega. She shared the House of Ding’s plea for a donation drive to aid the drag artist. The fundraising campaign aimed to accumulate P360K to secure Pura Luka Vega’s release following their recent arrest. The arrest was prompted by a warrant from a Quezon City court, based on a complaint filed by three churches associated with the Philippines for Jesus Movement.
It’s worth noting that on February 26, Pura had previously posted bail amounting to P720K for six counts of Violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in connection with Section 6 of Republic Act 10175.
