  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red bell pepper chopped

  • 1 Knorr beef cube
  • 1 small yellow onion cubed
  • 1 lb. tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • ½ cup quick melt cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ cups fresh milk
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta based on the instructions in the package and set it aside after.
