Step 5
Prepare the PCSO Medical Aid requirements for application. The list of the required documents is dependent on the case of the patient.
Step 6
Go to PCSO and submit your duly-accomplished IMAP Application Form and the other requirements. If you want to avoid the long queues, submit your application early in the morning.
