Jayda on her first “big girl purchase & investment” of 2024
JAYDA – The singer recently took to social media to reveal her “first big girl purchase & investment” of 2024.
The singer posted a series of photos on her social media account where she can be seen inside her newly-purchased condominium unit that she invested this year.
In the caption of her social media account, she shared that she’s starting the year with some fulfillment by having her first big girl purchase and investment of this year – her own condominium unit.
According to her, there’s a lot of work to do in order to make it more her own.
“Starting the year with some fulfillment. My first big girl purchase & investment of 2024! My own condo unit,” she said. “A lot of work to do to make it more my own but here’s to new beginnings!”
Her parents congratulated her in the comments section of her social media post.
Dingdong Avanzado, Jayda’s father, congratulated her and said he’s beyond proud. He also said that he’s so thankful for all the blessings and he knows the hard work she has put into achieving her goals in life.
Jessa Zaragoza, Jayda’s mother, also extended her congratulatory message to her and said that they’re proud of her for working hard and for saving her money.

It was last year when the singer made her acting debut in the iWantTFC series “Teen Clash”.
In a report on PUSH, Jayda said in a past interview that she felt like it was the right time for her to pursue acting. According to the singer, she can feel the passion that has stemmed from her art form.
