KARLA ESTRADA – The actress-television host encouraged people to vote for her son Daniel Padilla as the ‘Philippine Hottest Man of the Year’ by Voter’s Choice Awards.
Daniel John Elago Ford is a highly acclaimed actor and singer. His career began in 2010 when he was discovered by talent manager Douglas Quijano, leading to his audition on Star Magic. His breakthrough came in 2011 when he became a member of the Star Magic Circle. Despite not initially envisioning a career in entertainment, Padilla acknowledged the importance of his presence in show business, especially considering his family’s financial challenges.
Throughout his career, Padilla has achieved remarkable success, not only in acting and music but also as a social media influencer. In 2018, Padilla publicly disclosed his romantic relationship with Kathryn Bernardo, his longtime love team partner. However, on November 30, 2023, the duo made a joint announcement formally declaring the end of their romantic relationship.
Earlier, his mom Karla took to social media wherein she encouraged people to vote for her son as the ‘Philippine Hottest Man of the Year’ by Voter’s Choice Awards. In her social media update, Karla reposted content from the mentioned platform, featuring various nominees, including her son.
Apart from Daniel, the list of nominees comprises Matteo Guidicelli, Kyle Echarri, KD Estrada, Rayver Cruz, Alden Richards, Donny Pangilinan, Ruru Madrid, David Licauco, Seth Fedelin, Joshua Garcia, Stell Ajero, Eian Rances, Jeff Moses, and Marco Masa.
As of the latest update, Padilla is in the lead in the polls, having garnered 203,490 votes.
Previously, news broke that Daniel sold his Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7 sports car and is reportedly selling his house in Quezon City for P50M. However, the family clarified that they have been selling the house since last year because they wanted to move to the South and live in a bigger house.
