Heart Evangelista: “Honestly, I didn’t think that was coming.”
HEART EVANGELISTA – The actress and style icon opened up about being a local and international cover star.
She recently landed on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Indonesia, ICON Magazine Singapore, and Vogue Philippines.
Heart shared in an interview with The Next Move of MEGA Magazine that she has dreamed of becoming a cover star since she was little. However, the actress said that she didn’t expect to be featured in big magazine titles.
She also shared that she used to put makeup on the cover stars of magazines when she was younger.
According to the style icon, she used to put makeup on the cover of the girl’s face and she also used to paint Vogue magazines and put lipstick on her when she was young. However, she shared that she didn’t think she would be on the cover of magazines.
“I used to like put makeup on the cover of the girl’s face. I used to paint Vogue magazines and put lipstick on her when I was young,” the actress said in an interview. “But I didn’t really think I would [be on the cover]. I am not the type of person to really expect anything.”
In the same interview, the style icon also talked about her recent experience attending the Milan and Paris Fashion Week. The actress shared that she knows already the flow more or less this year, but she feels like she brought her team there and also brought professionals that have their roles fixed.
She went on to express her gratitude to her husband, Senator Chiz Escudero, who had been very supportive of her work during fashion week.
