GCASHPRO PORTAL – This article will teach you on how to check your application status on the portal after submitting your application.
Keep in mind that your application will be processed and approved within 3-5 business days. Also, you will not be able to change your company name once your application has been approved.
But how will you know if your application has been approved on the portal?
Here’s how to check your application status on the portal:
If your application status is “Approved”, this means that your GCash merchant application has been approved.
In addition, your nominated Merchant Administrator and additional users (if any) will automatically receive an email in order to activate their GCashPRO access. Also, users who have activated their accounts will be able to access the modules enabled for their roles.
If your application status is “Pending”, this means your application is currently being reviewed by financial technology (fintech) company GCash.
But if your application status “Returned” this mean your application was returned because of information and/or document that must be either corrected or updated. Keep in mind that you need to kindly correct the deficiencies and resubmit your application once the changes have been made.
And if your application status is “Rejected”, this means you’re not eligible to be a merchant.
