It was reported that John Lloyd had indeed purchased land in Palawan and built a house there. Katrina confirmed this, emphasizing their family-like relationship with the dramatic actor.
“Oo, close naman siya sa family ko. Para ko na nga siyang kapatid kasi yung mama ko, parang anak na siya. Tapos yung brother ko, parang kapatid na rin siya,” said the Kapuso actress. When asked if she considers John Lloyd a friend, Katrina quickly responded, “Oh, yes. Opo naman.”
