Christian Bables: “It was really my first time to fall in love.”
CHRISTIAN BABLES – The award-winning actor recently shared that his first heartbreak helped him become a stronger person.
The actor is one of the stars in the upcoming comedy-drama movie “Broken Hearts Trip” alongside Teejay Marquez, Marvin Yap, Petite, Iyah Mina, Andoy Ranay, and many more.
Christian talked about his first heartbreak during the media conference for the upcoming film held in Quezon City recently. He said that his first heartbreak was tough but it helped him become a strong person.
According to him, he courted her and she told him that she would give him an answer when it was prom night.
“Binibitbit ko yung mga gamit niya. Binibigyan ko siya ng bunwich sa Dunkin Donuts tuwing hapon. Hinahatid ko siya sa kanila,” he said. “Tapos noong prom na, sabi niya sa akin may sagot na raw siya. Sinagot niya ako ng no. Ang tagal niya kasi akong hinayaan na gawin yun.”
Christian also said that he can use that situation in acting until now “because I can relieve the pain” and maybe because it was really his first time to fall in love with a girl. He added that she made him feel the true meaning of love, and that was true love for him during that time.
The actor went on to share the most significant lesson that he has learned in his romantic relationship, saying that he learned to love himself, to cater to what he feels, and to pay attention to what his brain, body, and heart are saying.
“Broken Hearts Trip” is one of the official film entries for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
