Boy Abunda: “Kris is being cared for by some of the best nurses, mga kasama sa bahay, mga doctor”
BOY ABUNDA – The King of Talk gave an update after he reunited with Queen of All Media Kris Aquino in the United States.
In “For Today’s Talk” segment of his show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” aired on Tuesday, the talk show host confirmed that he reunited with his “sister” in the United States last October 25, 2023.
Tito Boy revealed that he became emotional upon seeing Kris, since they had not seen each other in a long time despite staying connected through phone calls and text messages.
According to him, Kris is being cared for by some of the best nurses, household staff, and doctors. He added that she might have to stay in the United States for another 15 or 18 months because of the treatments she needs.
“Kris is being cared for by some of the best nurses, mga kasama sa bahay (household staff) at mga doctor,” Tito Boy said. “Ang dahilan po noon ay dahil ‘yung meds po na kailangan ni Kris ay available lamang po doon at saka ‘yung accessibility to the doctors ay kailangan po yun, kaya she has to stay.”
The King of Talk expressed his pride in Bimby for taking good care of his mother. He also mentioned that it’s Josh’s assignment is to pray.
Although the exact timeline of her stay in the United States is uncertain, Tito Boy mentioned that they’re praying for her health so she can return to the Philippines. He also expressed his desire for her to feel better.
“Magpagaling ka, gagawa tayo ng palabas,” Tito Boy said to Kris.
It can be recalled that Kris Aquino talked about her reunion with Boy Abunda and also posted a series of photos on her social media account. At that time, Kris shared that he “freaked out” during his visit in the United States because she needed a shot and the he hates needles.
