Pia Wurtzbach: “Never in my life did I imagine that I would like cats.”
PIA WURTZBACH – The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder took to social media to share how she turned into a proud cat lover.
The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder posted a photo with Lucas – a cat that was adopted by her cousin Charity – on her social media account. She got so close to the cat that they even posed together for her magazine shoot with Cosmopolitan Philippines.
In the caption of her post, Pia said that never in her life did she imagine that she would like cats.
According to her, she used to be scared of cats because she didn’t have much experience with them during her childhood.
She added that even in her adult life, she would always be so nervous touching, petting, or carrying cats whenever she would visit her friends who had cats because she didn’t know how to.
This changed when she met Lucas. Pia said that she and Charity are neighbors and so Lucas would always come over to visit. She even described Lucas as “playful”, “malambing”, and “so sweet” with her pamangkins Lara & Logan.
The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder also shared that she then realized that pet cats are easy to take care of after Lucas came into her life. According to her, Lucas is now part of their family.
“I am officially converted. Lucas is now part of our family and even made it to my recent shoot with @cosmopolitan_philippines. I adore this cat so much. We love you, Lucas!” Pia said in the caption of her post.
Pia posted this last October 16 to mark “Global Cat Day” this year.
It was last March when Pia Wurtzbach and Jeremy Jauncey got married in an intimate beach wedding in Seychelles, East Africa. To recall, Pia revealed that Hong Kong is where she and her husband fell in love with each other and is where they had their second date.
