Lovi Poe: “We just want to focus sa work and us being together”
LOVI POE – The Kapamilya actress recently shared that she and her husband Montgomery “Monty” Blencowe have no plans to have a baby yet.
The actress said this when she was interviewed by the members of the entertainment press during the launch of Imono Jewelry’s holiday collection on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
Lovi said in an interview that she and her husband just want to focus on work and them being together at the moment. According to the actress, they haven’t gone on their honeymoon.
She also shared that she’s just very happy that her husband is very understanding of her work as an actress.
“Buti na lang he is taking it in a positive way. He wants to see me shine, succeed as an individual, kaya sobrang suwerte ko na ganoon siya,” she said. “I know na we’re on the next level, next stage but he still wants to see my fly.”
The actress currently stars in ABS-CBN’s hit action series titled “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo”.
Lovi was also asked about her long-distance relationship with her husband. According to her, she has three homes and it seems like it’s going to be tough in terms of traveling back and forth because it’s tiring.
But the actress shared that she’s a firm believer that one can do anything and everything as long as he/she has the proper mindset. She also said that she has a showbiz career and she wants to have a proper balance for things, adding that it’s just great that she has a strong support system around her.
According to her, her husband is very supportive and has a great team here who is helping her with work.
It was last August 26 when Lovi and Monty exchanged vows during a ceremony held at the Cliveden House in England, which is a storied landmark built by the second Duke of Buckingham in 1666.
