KRIS BERNAL – The celebrity mom, together with her husband, shared what’s inside the hospital bag based on her experience.
The actress and content creator recently released a vlog about the “reality version” of “What’s Inside the Hospital Bag” since the initial version was based on the checklist they found on the internet.
According to her, she and her husband Perry Choi decided to reshoot the vlog since “madaming mali” and “madaming sobra” in the first verson of the vlog.
The actress also said that she and her husband truly had no idea what to bring because they’re first-time parents and are also unfamiliar with the necessities for babies and parents.
“This new version is based on our experience, kaya sa TRUE lang tayo! WHAT YOU ACTUALLY JUST NEED!” she said in the description of her vlog titled “What you actually NEED in your hospital bag! (BASED ON EXPERIENCE + RELIABLE)”.

Kris also told the viewers that they should bring their own things so they can save their money and lessen their expenses. She also told her viewers that it’s important to invest in nursing outfits and to also know what the hospital can provide for free.
Towards the end of the vlog, Perry told the viewers to bring pocket wi-fi to avoid boredom.
Prior to this, Kris Bernal released a vlog about the “most painful 48 hours” of her life – the birth of baby Hailee Lucca. She described her first birth experience as “traumatic and long” and she will never forget it.
Kris and Perry welcomed baby Hailee Lucca last August 15, 2023 but they only announced it to the public two weeks after she gave birth.
