Baron Geisler: “I am humbled and grateful that they welcome me back with open arms.”
BARON GEISLER – The actor recently took to social media to share that he got invited to attend this year’s ABS-CBN Ball after 14 years.
The actor posted a screen-captured photo on his Instagram account where he confirmed his attendance at the ABS-CBN Ball, which would take place on September 30, 2023.
Baron expressed his gratitude for being invited to the said event, saying that he’s “humbled and grateful” to be welcomed with “open arms”. He also said that he can’t wait to personally thank the bosses and to also have a wonderful time with his colleagues celebrating each one’s achievements.
In the caption of his social media post, the actor said that it has been “more than a decade” since he was invited to the ABS-CBN Ball because of his bad behavior during the previous ball.
“It has been more than a decade since I was invited to the #ABSCBNBALL due to my bad behavior during the previous ones. Now, I am humbled and grateful that they welcome me back with open arms,” the actor said. “Can’t wait to thank the bosses personally and to have a wonderful time with my colleagues celebrating each one’s achievements.”
Baron’s post on Instagram caught the attention of actress Ruffa Gutierrez, who hoped to see him in this year’s ABS-CBN Ball.
In his post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Baron said that he would be “sober” at the ABS-CBN Ball since he wants to make up for his 14-year ban.
The “Senior High” actor also said in a follow-up post that getting invited to attend the ABS-CBN Ball after a 14-year ban means so much to him. He went on to promise that he “won’t mess up” the opportunity.

It can be recalled that he shared the biggest lessons he has learned as an actor and as a person in an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last June. According to him, the biggest lesson he has learned as a person is to “not go against authority” while the biggest lesson he has learned as an actor is to love his career.
Baron Geisler and his wife Jamie Evangelista got married in 2019 and have a daughter named Tali.
