KC Concepcion: “Ayoko ng maraming drama”
KC CONCEPCION — The actress recently revealed the reason why she decided to unfollow her half sister Frankie Pangilinan and her stepdad Kiko Pangilinan on Instagram.
Frankie and Kiko Pangilinan unfollowed KC on Instagram and she also unfollowed them as well. Aside from this, KC didn’t follow her mother Sharon Cuneta but Sharon follows her on the platform.
The actress shared in an interview with Cristy Fermin that it’s because their blended family is “complicated”.
However, the actress hinted that she just wants a peace of mind, wants to be happy, and wants her family to be happy. The actress mentioned that she just wants everything to be “light”, “masaya”, not unlike her father Gabby Concepcion.
Also, KC spoke about her not being “perfect” but she’s trying her best in order to be a better person.
“Kung meron man akong pagkukulang o pagkakamali kahit saan sa tingin ko mabibilang lang sa isang kamay yun. Lahat ng ginusto ng family ko na gawin ko, ginawa ko,” she said. “I just think na may mga moments na wala na akong control.”
When asked about her relationship with her mother, the actress said that she has a feeling that her mother will know how much she loves her when the time comes.
The actress also said that no one else can love her more than she can love her, adding that she doesn’t live with her mother but she loves her very much.
KC is one of the stars in the upcoming indie film “Asian Persuasion” alongside Dante Basco, Kevin Kreider, and Paolo Montalban. The movie will premiere in the United States on September 16-17, 2023 and will be showing in selected theaters in the Philippines on November 27, 2023.
