Jon Semira: “The third party rumors are false”
JON SEMIRA – The Canada-based entrepreneur denied the claim that a “third party” was involved in a breakup with actress Yassi Pressman.
This, after a source close to the couple allegedly told Inquirer that a “third party” was involved in their breakup. The source, who requested to Inquirer for anonymity, also claimed that Jon been nursing a broken heart.
He also confirmed that “it’s been a while” since his breakup with the actress and it was a decision made from both of them.
Jon Semira disclosed this through a statement that was posted on his and Yassi Pressman’s respective Instagram accounts on Wednesday, August. 16, 2023.
In a statement posted on Instagram, Jon said that he and Yassi have decided to part ways and they look to move on to their next phase in life in peace and with the support of their friends and family.
“After an amazing run, Yass and I have decided to part ways. We look to move on to our next phase in life in peace and with the support of our family and friends,” Jon said. “It’s been a while since the breakup. It was a decision made from the both of us, and us only. The third party rumors are false.”
Jon described his previous relationship with Yassi as “beautiful” and said they’re both coming out better people because of it. He added that he and the actress wish each other the best and will always appreciate what they had.
The Canada-based entrepreneur ended his social media post by asking the public to let them deal with the breakup “in private”.
Prior to this, Yassi said in an interview with Nelson Canlas on “24 Oras” that she and Jon have broken up for a while now. The actress also said that people should just respect their privacy.
Meanwhile, the actress spoke about valuing “personal time” through her post on Instagram Stories last August 15, 2023. Although the said post has since been taken down, screen-captured photos of it have already been re-uploaded on social media.
