BULLYING – A group of teenage girls in Lapu-Lapu City, who were caught physically assaulting another teenager in a viral video, are now facing legal action from the parents of the victim.

In light of a recent incident in Lapu-Lapu City where a group of young girls engaged in bullying and physically assaulting another teenage girl, local authorities are urging parents to remain vigilant and provide guidance to their children when they interact with new individuals.
