Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte revealed that they turned down projects requiring them to do sensual scenes.
LOISA ANDALIO AND RONNIE ALONTE – The celebrity couple admitted that they’re “not yet ready” to do sensual scenes.
The reel and real life couple are among the stars in the upcoming TV series “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso”, which will air at 3:00 p.m. starting July 25, 2023 and will have Saturday episodes at 2:30 p.m.
Also in the cast of the upcoming TV series are Alexa Ilacad, Joseph Marco, Elisse Joson, KD Estrada, and Charlie Dizon.
In an interview with Bulletin Entertainment, Loisa and Ronnie admitted that they’re “not yet ready” to do sensual scenes. The couple also revealed that they turned down projects requiring the two of them to get down and dirty.
Loisa Andalio was asked in an interview about the reason why she’s “not yet ready” to do sensual scenes. According to the actress, she can’t imagine her parents seeing her doing it.
Ronnie Alonte, for his part, said that there are many characters or stories that can be made that don’t need to reach that level. The actor also said that he really can’t do such role.
Loisa and Ronnie are doing “mature” roles in “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso“. The actress will be playing the role of con artist “Baby”, while the actor will be playing the role of policeman “Jonaf”.
The couple shared that it was actually a challenge for them to portray their characters in the series. They even recalled director Raymund Ocampo telling them how he still could see their previous characters in their performance in the series.
Loisa shared that the director told her that he sees “Jane” in her in “Love in 40 Days”. Ronnie, for his part, said that the challenge for him was to give justice to his character as a man in uniform.
“Pira-Pirasong Paraiso” is the first collaboration between TV5 and ABS-CBN.
