GLADYS REYES – The actress and TV host recently gave an advice to parents of It’s Showtime’s “Mini Miss U” contestants.

The actress had an interview with the entertainment press after her thanksgiving party which she also held for the press people who have become her friends through the years, according to a report on Pikapika

She shared in an interview that she’s currently busy with various projects apart from being a hands-on mom and also taking care of her family businesses with her husband Christopher Roxas.

Gladys, who is a regular judge in the “Mini Miss U” segment of ABS-CBN’s “It’s Showtime” along with seasoned actress Janice de Belen, also gave an advice to parents of their children who joined beauty or talent competitions.

Although children who participate in beauty or talent competitions are commendable, Gladys gave a reminder to the children’s parents.

Gladys also said that she understands the situation of children because she’s also a product of a beauty competition.

It can be recalled that Gladys won first runner-up in “Little Miss Philippines” of Eat Bulaga back in 1984. However, she said that her Mama Zeny didn’t force her to join or audition at that time.

Aside from her celebrity talk show “Moments” on Net25, Gladys is starring in the upcoming Kapuso action series “Black Rider” as a villain.
