Actor Cesar Montano earned his master’s degree at the Philippine Public Safety College
CESAR MONTANO – The veteran actor earned his master’s degree in public safety administration at the Philippine Public Safety College at the age of 60.
It was last April 2009 when he earned his bachelor’s degree in mass communication at the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
Last July 6, the veteran actor graduated at the Philippine Public Safety College (National Police College) where he earned his master’s degree in public safety administration. He also received the Best in Policy Paper Award as well.
The veteran actor posted a photo on his social media account where he can be seen wearing a graduation toga and holding a cap. He also went live on his Facebook page during the commencement ceremony at that time.
“Salute to everyone! Congratulations mates! Master in Public Safety Administration (MPSA) Graduates [at] Philippine Public Safety College,” Cesar said in the caption of his post.

According to a report on PEP.ph, the veteran actor is a scholar at the Philippine Safety College and he’s one of the 47 members of the RC 2023-2024 regular class who received a diploma. He’s the only showbiz personality in his batch.
Cesar started studying when the lockdown was implemented in the Philippines due to COVID-19 pandemic.
“Lockdown pa that time when we started our classes,” he told PEP.ph in an interview. “I was a scholar too. I want to inspire people by showing them there’s no substitute for education.”
It was last August 2022 when the veteran actor celebrated his 60th birthday.
