Student Publication’s Blurred Photos Went Viral Online
The Christian Chronicles, a student publication, has brought good vibes to netizens with their recent post featuring a series of intentionally blurred photographs from an event at their school.
The images, carefully planned and executed by the publication’s team, aimed to capture the attention of students and generate interest in the event.
Michelle Manahan, the editor-in-chief of the Christian Chronicles, shared that they strategically planned the release of the blurred photos to create anticipation among their fellow students.
“As an EIC, ako pa po nag-instruct sa mga magtetake ng photos during event na dapat may output sila na isang blurred and isang quality [shot]. So bale nung nakita ko po lahat, pinlano po namin na unang i-post ’yung blurred before ’yung quality photos kasi since publication nga po kami, kailangan ng attached article para sa event. So while waiting, ’yung nilaro muna naming photos ’yung pinost namin sa page just to inform our fellow students na may ganitong nangyari sa University,” explained Manahan.
The intentionally blurred images sparked various reactions from netizens, who shared their witty comments and playful banter about the photos. The unique approach to presenting the event caught the attention of many, creating a light and enjoyable atmosphere online.
The Christian Chronicles’ creative decision to share these blurred photos demonstrates their innovative and engaging approach to storytelling. By deviating from the norm and challenging traditional expectations of photo quality, they succeeded in capturing the interest and curiosity of their audience.
