Here’s the public apology of Rendon Labador
RENDON LABADOR – The self-proclaimed motivational speaker issued a public apology to those whom he criticized on social media, specifically Coco Martin, Michael V. (Bitoy), and Ben Tulfo.
Recently, Labador visited the office of BITAG to personally meet Tulfo and to address their “feud.” The conflict between the two started on social media following a fake post that claimed the investigative journalist was defending Bitoy.
Labador stated that the management of Bitag had already issued a warning to the Facebook page responsible for spreading the fake post about Tulfo. He also shared that he went to Bitag’s office to apologize to his “idol.”
Tulfo, in response, accepted Labador’s apology. In the same video, Rendon took the opportunity to address those he had previously offended with his furious remarks on social media. Labador specifically mentioned Coco Martin, Michael V., and Ben Tulfo, as well as other celebrities and athletes whom he had criticized in the past. However, he couldn’t guarantee that he wouldn’t hurt them again.
It should be noted that Labador faced heavy criticism on social media for his comments against Martin regarding the taping of Batang Quiapo in Quiapo, Manila. He also became critical of the esteemed Michael V. due to the latter’s opinion about “content.” Labador also faced backlash for his remarks against former Gilas Pilipinas player Marc Pingris, which angered Filipino basketball fans.
