“My dad worked as a family driver dati and naalala ko one time nag uwi siya ng cheese rolls from Mary Grace, bigay daw ng boss niya and buong family namin nag share dun para lahat maka-tikim. Everytime na dadaan kami sa Mary Grace, lagi kong tinitignan yung cheese rolls nila kaya I worked so hard talaga and sabi ko sa sarili ko, balang araw ’di lang isang piraso ang bibilhin ko nyan kasi gusto ko isang box para hindi na kami maghahati-hati,” Nazaret said.

The lady netizen shared how this simple purchase brought joy to her and was considered a victory in her life.

“Recently, lumapit ako sa store nila and chineck ko ulit yung price tapos na-realize ko ‘ay afford ko na pala.’ Kaya binili ko na agad para pasalubong sa bahay and guess what, our whole family was so happy!” she added.

Bea went on to explain that these seemingly small moments of triumph hold a special place in her heart because they represent her resilience and resourcefulness in the face of challenges. She expressed gratitude for these modest achievements, as they remind her of her ability to persevere and make the best out of her circumstances.

Her story struck a chord with many netizens who could relate to her experience of finding joy and pride in simple things. Her post resonated with those who have faced similar challenges and celebrated similar “small wins” in their lives.
