According to the President, he said that he signs “between 50 and 100 documents” in a single day. He added that those documents must be reviewed before being signed.

Hindi ‘yun ang pinakamabigat dun dahil, yung iba nangangailangan ng desisyon kaya’t kailangan pag-aralan kahit na ganyan kakapal yung folder kailangan basahin mo lahat para malaman mo lahat at pag-isipan mo ng mabuti bago mo pagdesisyunan,” the President said.

Aside from this, President Bongbong Marcos shared that he starts his day by checking updates on his phone. He also reveals that he doesn’t eat breakfast as he follows the “Time Restricted Feeding (TRF)” routine.

Nasanay na rin ako diyan sa ganyang routine kaya’t sa aking palagay nakakatulong ‘yan sa pampatibay ng katawan,” the President said.
