Amy Austria on Ashley Ortega: “Gusto ko ‘yung relax na siya sa akin kasi …”
AMY AUSTRIA – The seasoned actress recently spoke about working with actress Ashley Ortega in Kapuso TV series “Hearts on Ice”.
Both Amy Austria and Ashley Ortega starred in the Philippines’ first-ever figure skating series. Amy played the role of “Libay” in the series, while Ashley played the role of “Ponggay”.
Amy said in an interview with GMANetwork.com she liked that Ashley immediately made her feel comfortable at work.
She also said in an interview that she wants Ashley to feel comfortable with her. Aside from Ashley, the seasoned actress also admires the skills of her co-workers in the “Hearts on Ice”.
“Ang galing ni Ashley mag-figure skating. Pero siyempre isa lang ‘yun sa parang bonus ng show,” Amy said in an interview with GMA Entertainment. “And magagaling ‘yung mga kasamahan namin.“

Another thing she admired about “Hearts on Ice” was its inspiring story and how everyone worked in order to make it happen. She shared that when she was just reading the script, she can feel it, can see it, and knows what she imagined.
The seasoned actress also said that when she read the script, she knows that it’s real and not just a script or made up.
“Aside from that, pinaghirapan ito,” she said. “Talagang pinagpuyatan namin, ‘yung schedule lang namin sa figure skating rink talagang 10 ng gabi hanggang 10 ng umaga. Kasi hindi naman minamadali talagang kinukuhanan nang maayos.“
